Role Overview:

The Talent Set is excited to be working with a leading membership as they search for a new Digital Marketing Executive to join their team.

The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies to grow membership, enhance the organisation's reputation, and drive event attendance, with a focus on digital platforms and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications plans aligned with organisational goals.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making. Set clear objectives and KPIs for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from conception to execution and evaluation.
  • Develop compelling content and messaging to engage target audiences.
  • Utilise digital channels effectively to reach and convert prospects.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Create high-quality content (e.g., articles, blog posts, social media posts) to support marketing objectives.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistency in brand messaging and optimise content for SEO to improve website visibility.
  • Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC).
  • Utilise analytics tools to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals and provide regular updates on campaign performance and insights.

Person Specification:

  • Proven expertise in crafting and optimising digital campaigns across various channels, including video production.
  • Skilled in utilising digital marketing tools such as social media platforms, CMS, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
  • Adept at managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driven and determined professional with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborative and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Creative thinker capable of developing innovative solutions and overcoming challenges. Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Dot Digital, Canva, and image/video editing software.
  • Eager to explore and leverage AI-driven technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
