Software Developer (m/f/d) Quality Assurance WE SUPPORT PEOPLE - IN THE FUTURE WITH YOU In the Databases/Software Quality functional area of the Data Processing department at our head office in Kassel, we are looking to fill the position of SOFTWARE TESTER (m/f/d) QUALITY ASSURANCE to be filled. Our IT employees are involved in a wide range of varied tasks and are responsible for developing and supporting software developed in-house to support our employees (m/f/d) in the performance of their duties. Your tasks: The main focus of the job is to work as a person responsible for QA in projects based on Scrum and the V-model. Depending on qualifications, this may involve expanding and further developing test automation with Ranorex or creating and manually executing test cases. Depending on the activity, the following tasks may arise Planning and creation of test scripts with Ranorex incl. technical documentation Collaboration on the infrastructure for test automation Planning and execution of manual tests Creation of test case descriptions based on technical and functional concepts Documentation and reporting of results to the development teams Verifying functional requirements and their technical implementation as well as compliance with project specifications in accordance with the process model used Your qualification: You have a degree in computer science, engineering or economics or a comparable IT-related course of study or have a comparable qualification with several years of practical experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility Your further profile: Depending on the task, many years of practical knowledge in dealing with Ranorex using user code with C# in the planning, description and execution of manual tests in classic and agile software development as well as in software quality assurance methods according to ISTQB Good knowledge of software development processes and software testing methods in an agile environment in the application of process models and in the creation of functional and technical concepts in dealing with Oracle databases and the use of SQL and PL/SQL Certifications are an advantage ISTQB Certified Tester (m/f/d) to Ranorex Studio Certified Professional to Certified aqua User (m/f/d) Great commitment based on a strong understanding of service Planning expertise Cooperation and teamwork skills Communication skills and target group orientation Sense of responsibility Very good written and spoken German skills Willingness for further education and training INCLUSION IS OUR MISSION The LWV Hessen is supported by the Hessian districts and independent cities and enables disabled people to participate in society: It finances support for disabled and socially disadvantaged people in their everyday lives and at work.
