Define, create and manage software related functions for Electronic Control Units on Heavy-Bus range targeting Body / Interiors domain, ensure convergence with solutions from other Iveco ranges wherever possible.

Carry out Software developments within the framework defined by the product development process (GPD)

Responsabilities :

• Define software requirement specification (SRS) according to system and functional requirements
• Participate in the implementation of a software architecture together with the Software Architect
• Build and write source code for embedded software targetting Body / Interiors domain
• Release and maintain engineering documentation as well as configuration management for all software modules, ensure software deployment in EOL and aftermarket
• Manage SIL tests, define and perform unit tests of modules and take care of debugging
• Support functional validation team in testing activities
• Ensure the maintenance of the delivered code, resolve problems reported from the field including bug fixes and design corrections
• Monitor the performance of embedded software and ensure that security, efficiency and stability are maintained
• Report progress and status to Technical Project Leader

Profil :

• University degree in electrical/electronic engineering, with a solid experience in software development for automotive industry
• Strong experience in automotive Electronics Control Unit development process (complete V model)
• Basic skills in Vehicle Electronics architecture (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, …)
• Strong Knowledge of Model-based Design principles and Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Good understanding of SE Linux, hypervisor architecture
• Previous experience in PLC programming (IEC 61131-3) appreciated
• Familiar with UML modeling
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology (SCRUM)
• Experience with version control

Basic knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity is a plus
