About Adele Hydrogen

At Adele Hydrogen, we are at the forefront of the green hydrogen (r)evolution with our groundbreaking alkaline electrode technology. Our electrodes drastically lower the cost of green hydrogen production – and setting new industry benchmarks. We’re producing, we’re selling, and are now recruiting our core Lyon team to scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Production & Logistics Oversight: Manage and oversee all aspects of purchasing, production, and logistics for small-scale production runs. Ensure smooth, efficient, and timely operations from procurement to product shipment.
  3. Industrialization: Collaborate with the R&D team, suppliers, and contractors to create the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of our scaled-up Alpha production line. Ensure cost-efficiency, and adaptability for future growth.
  4. Supplier & Contractor Management: Identify, evaluate, and engage with suppliers, contractors, and production equipment providers. Establish technical specifications, obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, follow up with delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability in the supply chain.
  5. Technical Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and update technical documentation critical for manufacturing and budgeting.
  6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Continuously seek ways to improve production processes, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  7. Quality & Compliance Assurance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of production.
