BADA is seeking to appoint an experienced Programmes & Recruitment Manager to convene and ensure the smooth running of BADA’s programmes and to increase the organisation’s recruitment reach and enrolment potential.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
- 28 days’ leave (incl. Bank Holidays) plus Winter closure

The purpose of the role is to convene and ensure the smooth running of BADA’s programmes and to increase the organisation’s recruitment reach and enrolment potential.
The role of the Programmes & Recruitment Manager encompasses a wide remit including faculty communication, contracting and timetabling; site bookings and stakeholder communication; line management of the Administrative & Media Assistant; UKVI compliance; recruitment, including, in collaboration with the Dean, the development of the recruitment strategy and outreach.
The position is full time, 5 days a week, based in London for the majority of the year and in Oxford for 4-5 weeks in the summer. Remote working possible at certain times of year.
About BADA
The British American Drama Academy (BADA) was founded in 1984 to enable students from across the world to study classical theatre with leading actors and theatre-makers of the British and European stage. BADA aims to provide exceptional, rigorous and immersive theatre training across a range of courses for students aged 16-18; undergraduates studying abroad as part of their Bachelor’s degree, and life-long learners.
BADA is a well-established, small, rigorous and inclusive theatre training community. Experience
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing academic programmes at higher education level.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of international student recruitment.
Desirable:
- Line management experience.
