An exciting role reporting to the North EMEA and Bermuda Life Consulting Leader working to shape the future of actuarial life consulting in North EMEA.
The role will be UK based but is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office. There will also be some opportunity to work in other locations and with clients at their locations as and when required/preferred.

- generating new sources of revenue for the team
- developing new client relationships
- liaising with existing clients
- developing and leading on Life actuarial consulting propositions
- developing technology solutions to solve client problems
- developing client relationships across North EMEA and Bermuda and leveraging existing ones
- developing your internal network;
- leading on delivery of client engagements
- be agile and flexible to ensure that the team is fully supported; and
- working in innovative solution

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Role holder is expected to have/be
- A qualified life actuary with at least five years post qualified experience
- A Life Actuarial Consulting background
- Proven track record for leading on large projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstration of sales revenue generation and how to build a client facing proposition and develop a pipeline
- Coding skills - typically evidenced through actuarial modelling in solutions such as Prophet, MoSes / RiskAgility FM
- A pragmatist with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated team player that both leads and works collaboratively
- Strong communicator with the ability to adapt to suit different audiences, and good at building relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure: proactive, shows resolve and adapts to evolving situations
