Are you an experienced Solicitor looking for a new challenge? Kamro have partnered with a well-established legal practice, renowned for their expertise in private client law. Serving a wide range of clientele, they are committed to delivering tailored legal solutions and exceptional service. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a variety of matters including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and LPAs. You will manage your own caseload, provide expert legal advice and ensure the highest standards of client care.

Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive advice to clients on estate planning, wills, and the management of trusts.
• Overseeing probate and estate administration processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
• Drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, ensuring timely, accurate handling and meeting all necessary legal standards
• Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Conducting thorough legal research to stay informed on the latest relevant legislation.
• Ensuring all activities and documentation comply with current legal standards and best practices.

Experience

• You have to be a qualified Solicitor for this position.
• Proven experience in private client related matters.
• Experience in conveyancing would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
