PLM / CAD Solution Developer / IT Project Lead (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• IT Service Development: You develop solution designs, align them with our internal customers and implement them together with our external partners ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Business Partnership: Work collectively with Business Process Managers to design solutions that enable our teams to be more effective
• Client Engagement: You provide expert advice on technology best practices, ensuring that your clients stay ahead of the curve
• Project Leadership: You spearhead or lead IT projects that optimize systems and streamline processes within our Product Engineering department
• Governance & Management: You oversee process management, IT service strategy, and business relationship management, contributing to a high-performance IT organization
• High-Performance IT: You contribute to establishing a high-performance IT organization that drives business success

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: You hold a university degree in IT (or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years' experience) with deep understanding of business models, especially within automotive
• Technical Expertise: You bring strong knowledge of PLM & CAX systems (Siemens TeamCenter Suite, NX, CATIA), IT Demand/Project Management Systems (ServiceNow), and IT Service Management
• Process Mastery: You are experienced in Product Engineering and Program Management processes, with intermediate knowledge of business and corporate processes for automotive suppliers
• Leadership Skills: As a proactive leader with a strong sense of respect, you are open to cross-cultural collaboration and mentoring of your team members
• Problem Solver: You can structure and coordinate complex projects, enabling IT innovations and contributing to digital business transformations
• Communication Pro: You possess excellent English communication skills (at least C1) for both internal and external stakeholders, proficiency in an additional major language is a plus
