Job Title: Europe Product Manager

Base in: Lyon, France

Reporting Relations: Directly report to Europe Marketing Director

Language Capability: Fluent in French and English, Chinese or another EU language is a plus

Mission:

• Assure and animate real-time internal product roadmap communication from

different HQ team and Europe team

• Support sales and business development teams by providing product expertise

and marketing materials to accelerate growth of the business in Europe

• Lead pre-sale projects support sales, major support on Bid-Management to

assure the coordination between the front line and back offices in Europe and

HQ

• Support HQ product teams to make sure that Europe market requirements are

integrated in product roadmap

• Promote Sunmi products and brand towards all types of customers and

partners in the region together with operational branding marketing

• Increase and consolidate market knowledge on the different businesses

operated by Sunmi in Europe

Role and Responsibilities:

• Be the thread of different entities to provide to request team adapted product

expertise and appropriate materials. Lead on different internal cross-

department projects and external RFP/RFI bid-management project and KA/

Payment/Business projects.

• Capitalize experience and best practices, formalize them into efficient process

or official documentation.

• Business analytics and Market insight (channels, offers, competition, business

models, pricing, trends,…) through permanent survey and specific studies

• Identify, qualify and address business opportunities, contribute to regional

business planning, and business cases construction

• Increase Sunmi brand awareness and communication through digital

marketing

• Lead support to Customer and Partner marketing and pre-sale project

management.

• Product roadmap management, including product positioning, value

proposition, Go To Market strategy and execution.

• Contribute at every stage of product life cycle management, from product

definition with global product teams, to product launch execution, and EOL

• Identify product improvements and product sales performance.

Candidate profile:

• 2 to 5 years experience in product management for technology

products (consumer electeonics , professional electronics, business IT solutions) and

project management (internal, external, preferably cross-functional and cross-cultural)

• Product and Project management experience in one or several of Sunmi main

businesses: Retail, Mobility, Hospitality, Payment, Transportation, Logistics.

• Demonstrated abilities in digital marketing, excellent verbal and written

communication skills. Fluent English. Chinese and/or Experience working with a

Chinese team is a remarkable advantage.

• Customer centric, straight forward thinker, operational, autonomous, agile,

focused on tangible results. A passionate energizer for a fast-growing business.

The position will be based in France (Lyon). Hybrid and Home office can be discussed.
