KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


With very strong and prestigious references in France since the 90s, Amadeus started to expand its DNA overseas a few years ago. With growing activities in Asia (Viet Nam, China, Hong Kong, South Korea), Amadeus plans to accelerate its development in EMEA regions over the coming years.


Are you a skilled professional with a passion for sales and strategic development?


We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who will be in charge of:


  • Developing and managing Sales in European key markets, mainly for the professional audio products designed by Amadeus, and its HOLOPHONIX branch.
  • Managing high-level projects including the equipment for operas, theaters, museums, and concert halls, among other locations.
  • Driving both direct sales and sales through channel partners.
  • Driving sales growth and fostering partner development.
  • Identifying, hiring, and coaching European territory managers.
  • Identifying strategic channel partners.
  • Planning and managing product launches.
  • Forecasting and budgeting of local sales and marketing activities.
  • Devise tools to improve sales.
  • Maintain cordial and strong relationships with partners at all levels.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


Advanced knowledge of loudspeaker and audio system design.


A perfect technical understanding of electroacoustics systems and their deployment is mandatory.


At least 10 years of experience in the sales of professional audio systems and components within the performing arts (live) industry.


Proven track record in Business Development and Sales, demonstrating a successful history of achieving and exceeding targets.


Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, especially in the musical and performing arts fields.


Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, enabling you to establish a strong rapport with clients, partners, and internal teams.


Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills


Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.


Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.


Willingness to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time, to engage with clients and partners across the European region.


Fluent in French and in English.


DESIRED SKILLS:


Master’s Degree in Marketing and/or Sales.


Creative background and experiences as a musician.


Passion for acoustics and sound reproduction, music, recording, and performing arts.


Native English preferred.
