Job Description

The ideal candidate will be someone with proven success across the business development lifecycle who can lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners building new business for the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, while also building connections with prospective partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of projects aimed at driving business growth.
  • Organize and manage product evaluations and demonstrations for customers, including detailed walkthroughs of products. Oversee RFI/RFQ processes, emphasizing in-depth discussions on technologies and offerings.
  • Perform detailed market research to identify opportunities for growth, evaluate competitive landscapes, and formulate strategies to establish the company as a market leader.
  • Work in close partnership with sales, marketing, and technical teams to advance business development initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior business development or sales role is required, ideally within the ADAS or AV sector.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in both hardware (HW) and software (SW) related to the ADAS/AV sector. This expertise will enable them to sell effectively with minimal training.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel
