Interim Chief Restructuring Officer (m/f/d)

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement restructuring plans and strategies to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of the company. Report regularly to the executive leadership.
• Establish and in-source crucial functions previously outsourced to third parties and build a result-oriented leadership team.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing business models and derive measures for optimisation and increased effectiveness.
• Identify and implement capital efficiency measures.
• Identify risks and opportunities to strategically align the company with future market conditions.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in restructuring and realigning companies, ideally as a CRO or in a comparable leadership position.
• In-depth understanding of business interconnections and the relevant legal and financial aspects of restructuring.
• Strong ability to analyse complex challenges and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent leadership skills and assertiveness to drive change processes and motivate the team.
• Fluent in English and France.
