Requirement
1-year experience working in the role of receptionist/nurse and be available to work 8:30 am to 5:30 PM daily

Responsibilities
* Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient flow
* Assisting the dental team with various procedures and providing chairside support
* Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms
* Maintaining accurate patient records and handling billing and insurance claims
Qualifications
* Certification as a Dental Nurse
* Proven experience in a dental office or clinical setting
* Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
Day-to-day
* Greet patients and make them feel comfortable
* Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
* Assist the dental team with procedures
* Manage patient records and insurance claims
* Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
