Job Description
The Role:
Right now, we’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Broker Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As a Broker Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in arranging Loans and Soft/Hard Asset Finance, securing funding for businesses ranging from £5,000 to £2,000,000. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced position that promises to keep you engaged, motivated, and learning new things every day.
The Responsibilities:
* Engage with inbound leads, conduct discovery calls with business owners, analyse financial documents, match businesses with suitable lenders, and guide them through financing transactions.
* Proactively generate outbound leads when necessary.
* Collaborate closely with the leadership team, including the Sales and Board Directors, contributing to various aspects of operations, product development, and sales and marketing.
* Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and other skills to drive revenue for the company.
The Requirements:
While previous sales experience, particularly in the commercial finance sector, is preferred, we are open to applications from qualified and motivated candidates who are eager to make an impact.
