Family Solicitor

This Legal 500 firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its successful Family department. Due to the department's expansion, they are looking for a proactive Solicitor who can start immediately and manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Caseload Management: Handle a variety of matters, including Divorce, Finances, Separation, Family Law Act proceedings, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation Disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements and Children Act work
• Client Interaction: Conduct initial consultations and provide thorough representation at court
• Community Engagement: Participate in the firm's charitable and community activities

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in family law and managing a diverse caseload
• Skills: Strong communication and representation skills
• Commitment: A dedication to the firm's values of community support and charity work
