What We Offer:
* Competitive Salary: £45,000 - £47,000 + Overtime availability
* Flexible On-Call Schedule: 1 in 5 (Daytime callouts only, rare occurrences)
* Work-Life Balance: 8 AM - 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break (40-hour week). One hour of unpaid travel time in the morning and evening.
* Company Vehicle & Fuel Card: Personal use available.
* Team Environment: Join a close, supportive team of 4 engineers.
Your Role:
* Installations, servicing, fault-finding, and asset replacements.
* Plant room works, boilers, and more.
* Cover multiple regions including Exeter, Basingstoke, Southampton, London, Bristol, Gloucester, and Sussex.
* Jobs managed on a week-to-week basis for consistency and ease.
