Job Description
My client is a leading boiler manufacturer with a reputation for quality and innovation in heating solutions.Their mission is to ensure homes and businesses have access to efficient and reliable heating systems. We are looking for a Service and Repair Engineer who are based in London to join my client’s fantastic team, providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service and repair of domestic boilers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
* Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting to identify and rectify issues.
* Routine maintenance and safety checks in accordance with manufacturer standards and regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and offering advice on boiler usage and maintenance.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
* Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Service and Repair Engineer (boilers or heating systems experience preferred).
* Gas Safe Registered or equivalent qualifications.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* A valid driver’s license is required as this role involves fieldwork.
