Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer Electrical or Mechanical bias to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.
About the Multi-Skilled Engineer
You will be working in a high end commersial building, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve Electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Shift patterns - 4 on 4 off days and nights.
Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer
Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
Maintenance on Electrical distribution systems and control panels
Knowledge of HVAC maintenance.
PAT Testing and inspection.
Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers
Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
Fault fining on sockets and hand dryers
PPM, Fire Alrm Tests, Sprinkler tests and Emergency lighting.Requirements for Multi-Skilled Engineer

Salary is £45,000 basic.
