Job Description
Capital Manager sought by a top Personal Lines insurer. Our client are looking for an experienced Non-Life Capital analyst/Actuary to join their Capital & Reporting team as a Capital Manager.
Our client plan to appoint an experienced Capital Manager who will be responsible for managing a small group of analysts in delivering the regulatory Solvency II standard formula and ORSA reports, whilst offering improvements to develop the current reporting process.
Responsibilities of the Capital Manager:
Manage and develop the current regulatory reporting process around Solvency II and ORSA.
Deliver standard formula regulatory capital to different regulators.
Upskill and mentor junior analysts.
Key Experience of the Capital Manager:
Strong Non-Life Capital experience, ideally within Personal Lines.
Knowledge of ORSA reports and Solvency II standard formula requirements.
Prior leadership experience desirable.
