International Tax Senior Manager - PE Backed Firm
London (Hybrid) - £75k - £95k + Excellent Benefits
This growing PE backed London-based accounting, tax, and advisory firm, part of a global network of independent firms.
Over the past decade, their tax practice has expanded to offer specialist services including international tax advisory and this is a rapidly growing area of the business.
Role Overview:
You will manage a portfolio of international tax clients, providing expert advice on cross-border tax planning and compliance, including permanent establishment, residence issues, transfer pricing, and global mobility. The role involves client management, business development, and collaboration with international contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide cross-border tax advice for businesses and individuals entering or expanding from the UK
Advise on permanent establishment and tax residence issues
Apply double tax treaties to mitigate double taxation risks
Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing, CFC rules, and Diverted Profits Tax
Advise on expatriate taxation and global mobility
Build and maintain an international network for cross-border business development
Qualifications & Skills:
CTA qualified with significant experience in international tax
Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, CFC, Diverted Profits Tax, and global mobility
ADIT or similar qualification is desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, with a client-centric focus
Networking ability to build relationships within the international tax community
Proactive, independent, and able to manage complex projects
