Caretaker

Are you a skilled and experienced caretaker seeking a rewarding opportunity in a school environment? Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a dedicated School Caretaker in Tonyrefail, South Wales.

Pay:

£13.50 - £15 per hour (depending on experience)

Caretaker Key Responsibilities:

Undertake general maintenance and caretaker duties to ensure the school premises are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Carry out routine repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
Monitor and manage school security, including locking and unlocking premises.
Respond promptly to any emergency situations and carry out Health and Safety checks.
Liaise with school staff to understand and address specific maintenance needs.

Caretaker Requirements:

Proven experience in caretaking or maintenance work.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally local to Tonyrefail, South Wales.
