Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum

The Role
As a Contract Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing building services contracts from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This is a key leadership role where you’ll be liaising with clients, managing stakeholders, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of building services contracts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Oversee all phases of project execution, from initial planning and client negotiation to completion and handover.
* Manage contract administration, including tender documentation, procurement, and cost management.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
* Regularly report on project progress, including financial updates and performance against KPIs.
* Manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
About You:
We’re looking for a proactive and driven individual who can manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building services, contract management, and construction processes.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contract Manager in the building services, construction, or engineering sectors.
* Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract administration.
* Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
* Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel between Birmingham and Leeds.
