Job Description
The Interim HSE Manager is a critical role in the Engineering & Manufacturing department of a renowned FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental risks within our clients manufacturing site in the West of Scotland.

Description
Managing and implementing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments
Ensuring compliance with HSE legislation
Delivering HSE training to staff
Investigating and reporting on accidents and incidents
Liaising with regulatory bodies as required
Implementing improvements to safety practices and procedures
Promoting a positive HSE culture within the companyProfile
A successful Interim HSE Manager should have:
A degree in Health and Safety Management or a related field would be beneficial
NEBOSH or IOSH qualification
Strong understanding of HSE legislation and guidelines
Experience in managing HSE within the FMCG industry
Excellent communication skills
