Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success
  • Manage project risks, including identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and change orders

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Experience with estimating, contract management, and change management processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
