Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard, meeting client expectations and supporting the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation
• Identify and solve project issues and risks
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure project success

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and industrial construction projects
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
