Job description -

Over all IT experience 10+ years
ServiceNow Developer: Implementation - U4
•Development experience specific to implementation of the CSM /Telecom -OM module in ServiceNow
•At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
•Recent experience in senior development lead role.
•Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements
•Solid ServiceNow development experience
•Responsible for ServiceNow platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support
•Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
•Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS
•Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
•Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production
