Senior Technology Analyst

DescriptionJob Purpose: Join Denova as a Senior Tech Analyst and take the lead in Cloud Administration and Network Support, enhancing our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless service delivery. This pivotal role is tailored for a dynamic IT professional eager to leverage deep technical expertise in spearheading major IT initiatives and supporting a vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Cloud Administration, Network Support, and demonstrate exceptional project management skills to handle multiple projects with efficiency.What You Will Do: Lead and execute IT projects, including cloud environment strategies and system upgrades.Provide expert-level support for issues related to computer systems, software, and networks.Develop and maintain IT documentation, including training manuals and system protocols.Conduct training sessions for system users to improve their understanding and efficient use of technology.Perform routine system maintenance and performance monitoring to ensure reliable operation.Collaborate with vendors and IT team members to enhance technology infrastructure.Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and cloud services.Implement and manage security measures to protect data and network integrity.Provide leadership and guidance to junior IT staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.Other duties and special projects as assigned.What We Need From You: Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum of five years of experience in a senior IT role, with a strong focus on cloud administration and network support.Expertise in managing and configuring enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, VPNs, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects to successful completion.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.Effective communication skills, capable of explaining complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are highly desirable.Your Work Schedule: Join us onsite for dynamic workdays, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
