Job Description:

• As a Business Presentation Specialist, you will play a critical role in crafting visually impactful and persuasive presentations:
• Create effective, data-driven executive-level presentations within constraints of project deadlines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Work closely with business partners to understand objectives and deliverables
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in presentation design
• Continuously improve and streamline the presentation creation process
• Produce consistent messaging and high-quality material often with aggressive turn-around expectations
• Maintain consistency with OEM Templates, Style Manual and overall brand
• Maintain the library of commonly used and strategic content
• Assist in documentation of workflows, policies and or procedures
• Develop other documentation as needed or requested
• Other assignments as requested

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Advanced skill level set in automated presentation generation, traditional presentation generation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with peers and colleagues
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan and think independently
• Ability to build strong relationships, work effectively with a team, and demonstrate emotional resilience
• Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and work on multiple/complex projects at the same time
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
