SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with expertise in SQL to play a key role in the development and maintenance of IT business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and a proven ability to work with Microsoft Office SQL server products.

DUTIES:

- Performs highly specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.

- Serves as a technical consultant to a project or a number of projects dealing with area of

technical expertise.

- Recognized as a leader in the industry in their area of expertise, sought out by others

in their area of expertise for advice and guidance.

- Provides expert, independent services and leadership in specialized technical areas.

- Provides expertise on an as-needed basis to all task assignments.

- Provides expert advice and assistance in state-of-the-art software/hardware.

- Coordinates with contractor management and Government personnel to ensure that the problem has been properly defined and that the solution will satisfy the Government's requirement.

- Provide expert, independent services and leadership in specialized technical areas.

- Provides expert advice and assistance in state-of-the-art software/hardware

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst

- General experience in information systems.

- 4+ years of specialized experience providing state-of-the art solutions in information systems technology

- Utilize strong SQL skills to optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

- Very strong SQL-2008 skills.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in computer science or equivalent, or related experience.
