Civil Engineer Project Manager (ID1146)

National Civil Engineering firm - looking for a civil Project Manager for our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and land development projects including water and sewer design, stormwater management, erosion control, parking lots, and road design. This position will be responsible for the entire project, including overseeing the designing and producing plans for a wide range of land development projects including commercial sites, subdivisions, apartment buildings, roads, and more. This position will be the main contact for a group of clients and will ensure that the company's high standards are met and clients are satisfied with exceptional service.

Responsibilities
In this position you will write proposals, establish the permitting process, oversee the design and plan production, coordinate with review authorities, and coordinate with clients. These responsibilities allow the job to have a combination of work inside of the office and outside of the office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in engineering including design and project management
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD civil 3d
• Experience in land/site development design and permitting
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
