Mission:

The HR Team is looking for a Payroll & HR Administration Manager to join its team in its Paris Headquarters. Reporting to the European HR Director, your duties will include payroll management for France, as well as supporting the payroll processes in other European countries.


ACTIVITIES


Payroll Management (+300 payrolls – France and Europe)

Manage payroll providers in Europe (ADP and Deel).

Interface between local HR Teams and payroll/accounting teams.

Entry of variable payroll elements in the ADP and Deel payroll systems.

Entry of new employees in payroll and ATM tools.

Check and correction of payslips.

Check balances and end-of-contract documents.

Validation of payments.

Verification of DSN and validation of remote payments.

Frequent production of payroll reports for the accounting department.

Modification of payroll parameters in ADP when needed.

Interface with social security, health insurance, pension and URSSAF organizations.

Preparation of payroll : collection and processing of payroll elements (e.g. entries/terminations, absences, overtime, bonuses, salary increases, vouchers, bank details).



HR Admininistration

Management and drafting of employment contracts and amendment agreements.

Issuance of various employer certificates.

Absence tracking (annual leaves, sickness, maternity, paternity, etc.) and administration in the HRIS tool (HiBob).

Providing analysis around payroll and employment.

Update the BDESE.



PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll management. Experience in an accounting firm is considered a plus.

Experience in the services and/or new technologies sector (ideally within the Syntec CCN) would be a plus.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS


Proficiency in ADP Decidium payroll tool is essential.

Knowledge of Hibob HRIS to be a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (particularly Excel).

French : fluent (written and oral).

English: fluent (written and oral).

Knowledge of French labour law (another European country could be a plus)

Self-driven, motivated, autonomous, hands-on.

Good interpersonal skills, service-mentality, and confidentiality.
