If you are passionate about ensuring software excellence and love the thrill of problem-solving, enjoy diving deep into applications, finding hidden bugs, and helping to deliver top-quality applications. This could be your next testing role..

The Company:

A well-established global SaaS provider with over 40 years of experience in delivering tailored software solutions is seeking a Manual Test Analyst to join their team. This company has a strong client base in the UK and a growing international presence, with a market-leading software solution in its industry.

This is a company that genuinely values its staff, fostering a culture where employees rarely leave. The company prioritises employee development, well-being, and job satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be at the heart of their User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team, playing a key role in ensuring the success of their cutting-edge financial SaaS applications. Following a test plan, you will:

Test a variety of SaaS applications, identifying defects and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure smooth UAT execution.

Identify, document, and report defects with precision, providing detailed replication steps to assist in quick resolution.

Create and execute manual test cases based on functional requirements, ensuring the applications meet the highest standards.

Be a problem-solver: Investigate, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions to complex issues during testing phases.

Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring the software meets business needs and user expectations before it goes live.

Continuously share your skills and knowledge, supporting your peers and contributing to the broader testing community within the company.

What We’re Looking For:

A deep love for testing and a passion for improving user experiences through rigorous quality assurance.

A strong appetite to learn new technologies and testing approaches to stay ahead of the curve in the evolving tech landscape.

Desire and ability to share knowledge: You're eager to mentor, collaborate, and elevate the entire team’s testing capabilities.

Broad and deep technical skills with a wealth of practical experience — knowing when to use your expertise and when to explore new avenues or approaches.

Experience in manual testing, particularly in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Experience with financial applications or working in SaaS environments is a plus.

Why Join Us?

Be part of a supportive team working on cutting-edge financial technology projects.

Enjoy a collaborative work culture where your insights and ideas truly matter.

Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company with a focus on innovation and excellence.
