Position: HGV Workshop Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Lead routine maintenance and repairs on heavy goods vehicles with a focus on senior-level expertise.
Apply advanced diagnostic skills to efficiently troubleshoot mechanical issues, adhering to stringent manufacturer specifications.
Proactively respond to emergency call-outs, providing effective leadership during breakdowns.
Collaborate with the team, offering senior-level guidance to ensure optimal fleet functionality.Requirements:
Proven experience as a HGV Mechanic in a similar role, highlighting advanced proficiency.
Education to City and Guilds standard in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Possession of a comprehensive set of advanced tools for performing tasks at a senior level.
Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
A valid driver's license and proficiency in using a company-provided van.
Flexibility to work overtime as required, setting an example for the team.Benefits:
