Job Description
IT Support Analyst – Are you passionate about IT and ready to deliver exceptional customer service? If so, we are looking for dynamic IT Support Analysts to join our Support team in Halesowen!
Your role:
You will provide first-line IT assistance across our European sites, ensuring over 500 users experience seamless, innovative IT solutions. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving a range of hardware and software issues, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour. Key responsibilities:
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Provide professional, friendly, and timely support through phone, email, and live chat.
Record and track customer interactions in our ticketing system
Resolve common technical problems such as login issues, network connectivity, and software errors.
Work closely with second and third-line support teams for complex issue resolution.
Handle password resets, account setups, and permission changes.
Maintain and update support documentation for common issue resolution.
About you:
You are a dedicated IT professional with proven experience in IT support and customer service, ideally with over a year in a similar role. You possess strong communication skills, basic IT knowledge (operating systems, Office 365, networking), and problem-solving abilities. A customer-focused attitude, multitasking skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential.
