Package Manager

Are you a Package Manager with experience working on building envelope packages such as roofing and cladding?

Do you have experience working on major projects such as HS2, Crossrail or Tideway?

Location: London + hybrid working
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum DOE + up to £8000 travel allowance

Due to exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Package Manager to their team to work on building envelope packages on HS2. You will be responsible for delivering multiple assets, from pre construction through to delivery. It is essential that you have experience managing NEC contracts and subcontract designs, preferably on a major project.

Requirements:
·Degree/HNC/HND in Civil Engineering
·Experience managing building envelope packages (roofing, cladding etc), preferably on major projects
·Experience of managing NEC Subcontracts, preferably option A and E subcontracts
·Experience of managing subcontract detailed design
·Experience of working on major projects
·Experience working at project manager level
·Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor
·Experience working on green roofs and scheme handover preferred
·CSCS and SMSTS
