About the role
We're looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team within Compliance Monitoring.
As a Compliance Monitoring Specialist, you will be leading and delivering Compliance Monitoring reviews whilst working collaboratively with business owners and other assurance partners. You will demonstrate best practice oversight of conduct risks and regulatory requirements.
What will you bring to the role?
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Monitoring experience in FCA regulated firm with a focus on mortgage and/or savings business
- Strong data analysis and judgment & decision-making skills
- Ability to write reports that convey a concise message and draw clear conclusions
- Clear communicator and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards a professional qualification.
