Job Description
We are searching for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join a renowned international construction consultancy. Is this you?
You’ll be making significant impacts on a portfolio of major projects that will elevate your career within the infrastructure sector.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part in supporting the contract lifecycle. You will be needing excellent communication and presentation skills and you must have a broad understanding of NEC3 contracts and ideally a degree in a construction-related field.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring expenses related to Purchase Orders and request adjustments as necessary.
* Analysing, manipulate, and summarise data.
* Collaborating with the team and engaging with clients
* Utilising strong Excel skills
* Demonstrating a solid understanding of construction, including the impact of program lengths on preliminaries, among other aspects.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within larger teams and engagement with clients' supply chain.
* Proficiency in working with NEC contracts.
* Bachelor's degree in Commercial Management/Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction-related discipline, or substantial prior experience in a similar role.
