As a Residential Service Plumber, you will specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes within residential drainage systems. Your responsibilities will extend to various areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, hot water heaters, and sewage systems. In addition, you will conduct diagnostic assessments, troubleshoot issues, and perform thorough leak searches to ensure the optimal functioning of residential plumbing.

Responsibilities for the Residential Service Plumber:

• Conduct residential service calls with efficiency and expertise.
• Perform thorough diagnosis and execute repairs or replacements based on identified issues.
• Engage in effective communication and consultation with homeowners, presenting optimal repair or replacement options.
• Maintain open communication with team members for seamless collaboration.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the company truck, both internally and externally.
• Execute tasks professionally and within specified timeframes.
• Handle plumbing, drain cleaning, and related service calls with precision.
• Build customer rapport to recommend suitable products and services.
• Educate and guide customers in selecting the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Adhere to service criteria, striving to surpass revenue goals consistently.
• Present a professional and knowledgeable demeanor to secure new referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for overall business success.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices, ensuring accurate and prompt repairs and installations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.

Requirements for our next Residential Service Plumber:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Residential Service plumbing.
• Preferred, but not required: Journeyman License.
• Exceptional customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
• Maintains a clean and safe driving record.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude towards work and life.
• Highly motivated, with a great attitude toward life.
• Keep your truck clean and inventory up to date
