We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager (Engineering) for our Site Development department in Fort Worth, TX.

Job Description

• Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications for Multi-family residential and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers and other miscellaneous items.
• Design and permit residential, institutional, commercial centers, warehouse distribution centers, and mixed-use projects for both public and private clients;
• Serve as point of contact for clients.
• Responsible for project management reporting and client invoicing.

• Extensive City of Fort Worth Experience
• District Experience a Plus
• Experience managing production Team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree

• Registered P.E. in Texas.
• 8 + years experience in Land Development (paving, grading, utilities, drainage, water lines, etc)
• Experience as a Project Manager
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
