Technical Project Manager (Spanish & English Speaking)

Within IDEMIA, the Smart Identity Business Unit leverages the power of cryptographic and biometric technologies to unlock a unique and reliable identity for everyone.

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead government clients through the development and implementation of personal documentation systems (ie: passport, ID card), ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The scope will be international with a strong focus in LATAM.

As a Technal Project Manager, you will help us to:

• Defines project development strategy including roadmap, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, documentation.
• Analyzes and documents project requirements by connecting with stakeholders
• Leads the progress of the project against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards and regulatory constraints
• Conducts risk analysis and monitors the mitigation plan
• Provides vision and direction to all stakeholders including technical teams and internal or external customers and partners
• Supports business teams as needed in offers’ preparation, demonstrations, products presentations, etc.
• Elaborates, manages and executes development plan of one or several projects that sum up to >30k hours

You will be successful if you have:

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Technical experience on numerous international projects with a strong systems focus.
• You master the project lifecycle with a capacity for management and organization (Agile methodology).
• You enjoy traveling as this opportunity necessity to travel on average 1 week per quarter (more or less).

Even better if you have:

• Experience in pre-sales
• Experience in IT security
• Experience within the ID / personal document sector
