International Recruitment Consultant - Headhunter

Today we are strengthening our team in Paris and are looking for a Senior Recruiter or a Consultant to join our international team!

The role? Working hand in hand with our Client Partners to lead the recruitment processes :

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for ongoing missions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job brief to candidate placement.
• Utilize various platforms and networks to attract top talent.
• Provide market insights and advice to both clients and candidates.
• Participate in the commercial strategy and development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Masters Degree
• Proven professional experience in a similar role in recruitment.
• Ability to learn and interest in growing
• Team spirit is a must!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English level and comfort in working in an international environment
