Role: Finance Systems Analyst

Salary: circa £50,000 (Negotiable) + Bonus + Health

Location: 1 day per week Midlands, HQ

Role:

This role is a bridge between IT and Finance and will sit within the organisations Technology department. This person will become the subject matter expert on all things Finance Systems. Helping the business translate business requirements into functional specifications and enable business solutions.

Will also be responsible for working on several high-profile business projects and programmes

We are open to people that have worked on any kind of Enterprise Finance Systems (SAP / Dynamics / Workday + More) this company use SAP, and whilst that is not an essential requirement it would be beneficial.

Role Includes:

• Working with both users and Finance Stakeholders to turn requirements into workable pragmatic solutions
• Act as the SME for Finance Systems and Applications
• Providing Solution options for Finance System changes and enhancements
• Ensure continuous process improvement across Finance Systems and projects
• Ensuring solution options are fit for purpose and align with business objectives

Skills / Experience required:

• Experience acting as a Finance Systems SME, likely in a project focused role. Suited to Systems Accountants, Finance BA's, Finance Systems Specialists and more
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience, and ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications

Beneficial but not essential:

• Finance background but has transitioned into an IT Role
• Experience with SAP or another enterprise Finance ERP
