Your role will involve structuring deals, navigating legal complexities, and ensuring seamless transitions to Design, Build, and other supporting teams. Your expertise will guide both internal discussions and inform external stakeholders, driving the company's expansion across London.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate multiple workspace projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain project momentum by meeting key milestones and driving stakeholder engagement.

- Instruct lawyers clearly and resolve legal matters swiftly.

- Partner with the Finance Team to ensure accurate billing and transaction terms.

- Support the Real Estate team in building and maintaining landlord relationships.
