£40, 000 / £50, 000 to £65, 000 basic + car allowance

Search Recruitment Group (SRG) London is hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant to play an integral part in expanding our presence in the Legal recruitment market but what makes this opportunity so special?

What will you be doing as Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant:
- As a Senior Recruiter / Principal Recruiter you’ll be a figure that the team looks up to, leading by example and inspiring your colleagues to new levels
- Supporting your manager in identifying areas for development and deputising for them in their absence.
- Helping high-calibre candidates secure career-changing opportunities with the most sought-after names in the legal sector
- Developing true rapport with clients by networking and attending events
- Creatively applying your knowledge to solve specific recruitment challenges for both your clients and candidate
- Manage and close complex, lucrative deals
- Take responsibility for key client relationships and exceed all expectations

- We expect the timescale for this 3-stage interview process to take approximately 5-7 working days
