Job Description

This role is a contract role for 2 months.

  • Developing renewable energy infrastructure projects and managing assets.
  • Designing and managing strategic deals in a challenging policy environment.
  • Forming strategic partnerships and working with multiple public and private sector stakeholders in the development of large complex projects.


Main purpose of job:

  • Develop the company’s data management environment, by implementing a numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval system for electronic documents produced by both technical, finance, investment and legal teams.
  • Efficiently input a process to manage the receipt, transmission and recording of project information via the company’s common data environment.
  • Implement a process for project close-out and handover/archiving and filing activities.
  • Review the accuracy of documentation, editing records where necessary to ensure they are up to date
  • Implement a process to circulate documents for review, information or approval by following procedures and protocols.



General duties:

  • Implement a process around documentation within the organisation
  • Implement a process to distribute project-related information with all levels of the team and with external parties
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation



Person Specification


Experience/Knowledge:

It is essential that the post holder has:

  • Experienced user of electronic document management systems, including Microsoft SharePoint.


It is desirable that the post holder has:

  • Demonstrable experience managing EPC, O&M ICP, DNO, grid, or similar construction documentation for solar, wind or battery storage in relation to purchase, procurement and construction processes


Skills And Abilities

It is essential that the post holder has:

  • Excellent level of literacy and writing skills.
  • Good time management and able to commit and work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Other Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills.
