REPORTING TO: Head of Treasury Operations

TYPE OF CONTRACT: 12-month FTC

THE ROLE

The primary responsibility is to contribute to and support the Treasury Operations team, a function within the wider group Treasury team, in its day to day management and processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support of daily cash review
  • Payments process for debt and deposits
  • Assist team with input and maintenance of treasury management system database (City Financials) and running of reports
  • Treasury compliance for bank account KYC and authorisations
  • Assist preparation of debt compliance reports (including Directors Certificates and calculations)
  • Support / contribute to Treasury Operations improvements to processes and systems
  • Support Treasury administration including deal checklists, data reconciliations, procedures manual and for archiving process
  • Adherence to Treasury Policy
  • Other ad hoc administration as required to support the wider group Treasury team

ABOUT YOU
  • Relevant treasury, banking and/or payments experience
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft office skills
  • Attention to detail, with ability to manage workstreams, self-review and ownership of your work
  • Motivated and keen to problem solve
  • Responsive and collaborative team player
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems an advantage
