We are currently recruiting for a Training Executive to join our dedicated team responsible for training new and existing users on a host of different Insurance business systems –

It might be that you are familiar with systems such as:

• Acturis
• EPIC
• Global XB
• Brokasure Enterprise
• GENIUS
• Eclipse
• Underwriting & Workbench
• Exact OR Exact Max.

This is a hybrid role, we have a large central London office with L&D facilities where most in person training is done, or it may be that you would prefer frequent travel to our sites throughout the UK, maybe some international travel could be option.

This challenging but highly rewarding position will suit an inquisitive individual with excellent communication skills and a patient demeanour.

The Training Executive will report into the Training Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide nationwide system training to our new and existing users
• Provide consultancy to existing internal customers to improve their system use
• Develop training materials to coincide with system upgrades
• Design bespoke training courses to cater for individual client needs
• Develop colleagues by running inductions and internal workshops where required
• Proactively manage your own workload between training sessions
• Promote best practice on the application at all times

Essential Skills & Attributes:

Proven experience in delivering Insurance system training.

Commitment to personal development to stay updated with the latest training methods.

Prior experience in training delivery (both classroom and virtual).

Strong insurance knowledge

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams/O365).

Experience in creating and maintaining eLearning content (preferably using Adobe Captivate and DAS platforms).
