Job Title: Industry Specialist – Sales & Advisory (Fencing)

Location: South West Birmingham

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking an Industry Specialist with expertise in security fencing systems to join our clients.

You will focus on advising clients and distributors on a wide range of temporary and permanent fencing solutions, including:

• Mesh Systems (Single, Twin, Prison, and SR Rated)
• Palisade Systems (W & D profiles, 1.5-3.0mm, and Network Rail specs)
• Domestic Railings (Estate, Ball, Vertical, and Bow Top)
• Turnstiles and Access Gates
• Steel Hoarding Systems

This role involves working closely with clients, sales teams, and product development teams to ensure the effective specification, promotion, and innovation of our fencing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and support clients on security fencing solutions
• Work with sales teams to maximise product exposure and sales
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop new products
• Host demonstrations and training events for clients and internal teams
• Assist in expanding the product range based on market needs
• Provide technical expertise for project support and product development
• Occasional travel may be required, though most work will be UK-based or handled remotely

The Person

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the security fencing industry
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of fencing systems and their applications
• Communication Skills: Ability to train, advise, and support both clients and sales teams
• Innovation: A problem-solver with a passion for developing new solutions
