Join our Client's dynamic team at our Barnsley facility as a Control Systems Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge electrical control systems for industrial applications. Our Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Control Systems Engineer who excels in electrical schematics and control panel design.

Role - Control Systems Engineer

Location - Barnsley

Salary - £30-40K (DOE)

Permanent - Full Time

Key Responsibilities of a Control Systems Engineer:

• Design & Development: Utilise Eplan P8 to construct detailed electrical schematics and create comprehensive bills of materials.
• Panel Design: Apply your expertise in Electrical Control Panel Design to develop solutions tailored to industrial needs.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from initial concept through design, commissioning/installation, and final customer handover.
• Programming (Advantageous): Utilise Siemens S7/TIA Portal for programming tasks

Personal Specification of a Control Systems Engineer:

• Proficiency in Eplan P8 for electrical schematic design.
• Experience in creating bills of materials and understanding Electrical Control Panel Design for industrial applications.
• Knowledge of Siemens S7/TIA Portal programming is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects through all phases from concept to completion.
