Focused on providing support for customers to gain the best results from their services, this opportunity will give you the ability to cover varied aspects of IT whilst gaining valuable training and support along the way. Role:
* · Support and optimize the deployment environment in relation to production
* · Offer a professional technical support & solutions to customers
* · Complete installations & able to perform data transformation
Skills:
* · Able to prioritise tasks to achieve workload in an efficient manner
* · Confident and able to communicate effectively
* · 2nd line support experience/exposure
* · Able to adapt to new systems and software efficiently
* · Experience in various software would be advantageous.
* · SQL exposur
As an IT engineer you will receive a salary of £31,000 - £36,000 dependant on your experience. The role is in office Monday-Friday, with various benefits to offer & a focus on maintaining a great work environment, with regular work social events and incentives.
